Celebration of the Arts 2008 25th Anniversary! COA is a three-day arts festival highlighting the best of regional and national visual artists, performers both amateur and professional. COA has a 24 year track record of being part of our community, and an annual event that people in the Permian Basin attend. Last year 8,000 people came to COA! Our Saturday night street concert was attended by 4,000 people!
