Bobcat Bite

Bobcat Bite is a tiny restaurant on a frontage road on I-25 between Santa Fe and Las Vegas, and it serves some of the best hamburgers you can find. They also serve steaks and chops, but they're famous for their burgers. They've been featured on Food Network and have been reviewed by the Chicago Tribune and New York Times.
